This new app, which is yet to be given a brand name, is intended to support on site retail sales also, by encouraging return visits.
Sales people in a shop would use this app to create a measurement profile for customers present at the store and it can be used for future purpose, on or offline. This indeed is likely to encourage return visits and increase customer loyalty together with their retention.
